Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Charge Nurse for the Med/Surg Oncology Unit on the night shift. You will direct daily unit operations, oversee staffing and patient flow, and coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high‑quality care.

As a leader on nights, you will model evidence‑based practice, support staff development, participate in governance activities, and ensure alignment with hospital policies and patient‑centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in medical‑surgical oncology units preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily unit activities on assigned night shift.
• Oversee staff scheduling, patient flow, and bed management.
