OPCO Skilled Management's Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead the evening team, deliver compassionate patient care, and ensure smooth unit operations. You will coordinate care activities, supervise staff, administer medications, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians to implement individualized plans.

Current Texas LVN or RN licensure, 1–2 years in a charge nurse or leadership role, strong communication, and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Current LVN or RN licensure in the State of Texas.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or similar leadership role.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff members.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

About the Role:

As an Night Shift Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our patients during the evening shift. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, and will be tasked with:
