Job summary

Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to supervise the evening team, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Current LVN or RN license in Texas.
• 1–2 years of experience as Charge Nurse or in a leadership role.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities including medication administration, treatments, and therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement; adjust as needed.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
