Job summary

Brentwood Place Three in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) to lead our interdisciplinary team on the 10P-6A shift. You will oversee nursing care, coordinate treatments, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) to lead our interdisciplinary team at Brentwood Place Three, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Dallas, Texas. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and services provided to our patients, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support.

About the Role:

• Lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other departments, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient condition and progress, adapting care plans as needed
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on disease management, self-care, and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
