Cypress Healthcare and Rehabilitation in San Marcos, TX is seeking a highly skilled 10PM - 6AM Charge Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide direction to the team to maintain safety and service standards.

In this role you will supervise staff, coordinate with therapy and dietary, assess patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example, providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our patient care services.
