Stormont Vail Health is seeking a part-time RN leader to manage the Emergency Department shift in Flint Hills. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and multidisciplinary communication to ensure throughput and patient care quality during the 12-hour night shift.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN preferred and at least 2 years in an acute care setting, with supervisor experience preferred. Kansas RN license required and on-site work in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership and staff motivation on assigned shift.
• Ability to coach and develop direct reports and manage staffing.
• Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.
