Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Valid ExCPT or PTCB certification and registration with State Board of Pharmacy required.
• Experience in Retail, Ambulatory, Outpatient, Hospital, or Home Infusion Pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify prescriptions for accuracy and authenticity.
• Record patient information with prescriptions per guidelines.
• Educate patients on correct medication usage.
• Support Pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.
• Adhere to infection-control policies to protect staff and patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
