Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be a Kentucky-licensed Medication Aide with state-approved training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
• Document medication administration accurately and timely.
• Report any medication errors or discrepancies to nursing leadership.
• Maintain proper labeling and charting of medications.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and care quality.
