Qualifications

• Proficient with computer use and basic office software.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments per guidelines.
• Document medication administration and refusals in resident records.
• Perform blood glucose testing and other point-of-care tasks as directed.
• Support routine patient care activities and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Store and dispose of medications safely and compliantly.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure resident safety.
