M.S. Aerospace Inc. in Sylmar, CA is seeking a Night shift Grinding Operator to set up and operate a centerless grinding machine, turning forged blanks into close-tolerance machined parts. You will coach trainees, monitor quality, and document production data daily.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic arithmetic, and the ability to work in a team. We offer full-time hours on 2nd shift with overtime as needed and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some arithmetic skills required.
• Bi-lingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate #2 size Cincinnati centerless grinding machine.
• Run small batches of blanks and ensure close tolerances.
• Coach trainees and monitor quality.
• Maintain organized work area and record production data.
