Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist – Cell Therapy to support the production of clinical cell therapy products in a controlled cGMP environment.

The role focuses on aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, raw material preparation, and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on biotech manufacturing experience and are comfortable with night shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, ideally in biotech or cell therapy settings.
• Practical experience performing aseptic manufacturing or aseptic techniques.
• Working knowledge of cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating within cleanroom environments, including gowning and material handling.
• Ability to accurately complete batch records, SOPs, and GMP-related documentation.
• Strong focus on accuracy, compliance and following procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Effective communication for cross-functional teamwork.
• Night/overnight shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing activities for clinical cell therapy products.
• Perform aseptic processing in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Prepare, transfer, and stage raw materials and manufacturing components.
• Execute and maintain accurate batch records and manufacturing documentation.
• Follow approved SOPs, GMP procedures and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate proper aseptic technique and cleanroom practices.
• Identify and report deviations or manufacturing issues promptly.
• Support technology transfer and process development as needed.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Process Development teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing workspace.
