Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist – Cell Therapy to support the production of clinical cell therapy products in a controlled cGMP environment.

The role focuses on aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, raw material preparation, and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on biotech manufacturing experience and are comfortable with night shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, ideally in biotech or cell therapy settings.
• Practical experience performing aseptic manufacturing or aseptic techniques.
• Working knowledge of cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating within cleanroom environments, including gowning and material handling.
• Ability to accurately complete batch records, SOPs, and GMP-related documentation.
• Strong focus on accuracy, compliance and following procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Effective communication for cross-functional teamwork.
• Night/overnight shift availability.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Capable of safely lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working a night/overnight shift and following the assigned schedule.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)

• Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
