Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. in Fargo, ND seeks a Class A Route Delivery Driver with a safety-first mindset and strong customer service skills.

You will operate company vehicles to transfer freight to customer locations on schedule, unload and load freight, and complete required paperwork for DOT compliance. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, minimum 1 year driving experience, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain (renewals reimbursable).
• 1 year of commercial driving experience required.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years; no more than 3 traffic violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations or terminals as directed.
• Ensure shipping documents are complete for DOT inspection and accompany shipments.
• Load/unload freight of varying sizes with/without mechanical help.
• Complete paperwork per company procedures and government regulations.
