Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class A Route Delivery Driver in Fargo, ND. You will operate company equipment to transfer freight safely and on time, handling unloading, sorting, palletizing, and reloading as required.

The role emphasizes customer service and safety, with daily local routes, and pre-employment testing. Competitive pay includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a Monday-Friday shift (7am-5pm).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in past 3 years.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain (renewals reimbursed).
• Must complete pre-employment skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations or terminals.
• Ensure all shipping documents are ready for DOT inspection.
• Load and/or unload freight with or without mechanical assistance.
