Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for the night shift at the Bethlehem, PA distribution center. You will supervise a team of Class A drivers, manage routes from Lehigh Valley DC to regional cross-dock sites, and ensure safety, on-time performance, and regulatory compliance.

This leadership role requires 3+ years in transportation and proven supervisory skills, a current US Class A CDL, and the ability to oversee OT, maintenance coordination, and KPI tracking using Omnitracs XRS and

Qualifications

• 3+ years transportation experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience leading a transportation team and coordinating overnight routes.
• Valid US Class A CDL required.
• Ability to work night shift in Bethlehem, PA.
• Ability to coach drivers and monitor safety.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Class A drivers on night shift.
• Oversee freight movement from Lehigh Valley DC to regional cross-dock locations.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
