Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining records, and supporting care plans alongside physicians and other clinicians. Requires RN licensure in NJ, BLS, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, plans, implements, or evaluates nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
