Job summary

Canton Rodeo is seeking a Food Service Line Team Member (FOH/Carving Station) who can work nights and weekends. You will operate the front line, craft menu items, and ensure quality and speed for dine-in, takeout, and delivery, while maintaining Canton Rodeo’s standards.

You will greet guests, master the full menu, manage portions, and keep stations clean and safe. Knife safety, proper packaging, and teamwork are essential to delivering remarkable guest experiences.

• Knife Skills & Safety: Complete Knife Safety Certification and wear cut-resistant gloves; sharpen knives as needed.
• Order and Food Preparation: Assemble items quickly, portion accurately, and package for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain uniform standards and keep workstations clean and stocked.
• Work Environment: Stand for long periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs; work in a hot, busy kitchen.
