Job summary

The Arbor at Berkeley is seeking skilled and compassionate Caregivers to serve their residents. Currently, part-time NIGHT shift opportunities (10:00 pm-6:00 am) with an option to move to full-time within 90 days.

A qualified candidate can expect a wage of $21.00-22.00/hour, plus full-time benefits. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, professional, and committed to delivering excellent care and customer service to seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, and hygiene.
• Observe residents closely and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Support residents during meals, including set-up and after-meal assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care-related records as assigned.
