Job summary

Wallick Communities in Columbus is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for 3rd shift, part-time, 11pm-7am. The role provides direct resident care, supports daily living activities, and helps residents maintain independence.

Wallick offers pay-rate of $16/hour with shift differential, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a 100% employee‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required.
• Nurse Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to read/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Assists with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address needs.
• Encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities and dining areas.
• Safely lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
