You must be able to work the full assigned shift and remain alert throughout the night. Responsibilities include safety checks, client monitoring, immediate response to needs, and completing nightly tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred for night-shift caregiving.
• Ability to work night and overnight shifts (4–12 hours).
• Flexible availability based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety checks and monitor clients according to care plans.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and essential nightly care.
• Assist with bedtime routines, mobility, meals, hydration and medication reminders.
• Document care activities in real time and ensure a clear handoff to the next caregiver.
