Job summary

Senior Helpers is hiring an overnight Caregiver to provide non-medical in-home care during night hours in the Las Vegas area. You’ll assist with nighttime routines, offer companionship, monitor safety, and document any changes in condition for the care team.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, the ability to pass background checks, and at least 1 year of PCA or home health aide experience. We offer a new-hire bonus and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience (PCA or Home Health Aide preferred—but we will train the right candidate).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB test and physical; CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2 personal and 2 professional references.
• Fluent in English (read/write/speak).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Providing a helping hand—especially during the hours it’s needed most.
• Offer overnight supervision and support to ensure client safety
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and companionship during nighttime hours
• Assist with nighttime routines, mobility, and bathroom needs
• Help with morning routines before shift end (as needed)
• Prepare light meals or snacks if needed
• Keep accurate notes and report any changes in condition or behavior
