Job summary

5 Star Cares is seeking CNA / DSP / HHA / PCA professionals for overnight care in Hillsborough County, Florida. Night shifts run 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM with every other weekend. Compensation ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

We offer a low-stress environment, a 1:6 caregiver-to-consumer ratio, and opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in acute, rehab, or long-term care and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care.
• Experience with medium to high-acuity clients.
• Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to overnight clients in Hillsborough County on a part-time or full-time basis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with care team and families.
