Job summary

5 Star Cares in Tampa, FL is hiring experienced CNAs, DSPs, HHAs, and PCAs for 12-hour day shifts in our group home settings. If you have acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing experience and enjoy making a difference, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing.
• Experience with higher-acuity patients preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS & First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (House Bill 531 – 2025) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and/or behavioral health needs.

Schedule Options

• Weekend shifts available:
  • Saturday & Sunday
  • Every-other weekend

Pay: $15–$19/hour (based on experience and certification)
