Job summary

5 Star Cares is seeking compassionate CNA/DSP/HHA/PCA caregivers for the Tampa area, including surrounding regions. The night shift runs from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with every other weekend off.

Earn $15.00–$19.00 per hour depending on experience, with a low-stress environment and a 1:6 caregiver-to-consumer ratio. Requirements include 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care, experience with medium to high-acuity clients, BLS/CPR certification, strong communication and documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care.
• Experience with medium to high-acuity clients.
• Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
• Care provider background screening requirements per HB 531 (2025).
