Job summary

Inspired Living at Ocoee is seeking a Part-Time Med Tech/Caregiver for Mondays and every other weekend, 3pm-11pm, at our senior living community in Ocoee, FL. The Care Partner delivers Activities of Daily Living services per each resident's plan and collaborates with medical professionals and families under the Director of Health and Wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Experience with Word and Excel preferred.
• CNA or HHA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to clearly communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner; document changes in condition per laws and policies.
• Comply with the Continuous Quality Improvement Program; report issues affecting quality services.
• Follow all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines).
• Work safely and report unsafe actions to supervisor; comply with Safety Committee Standards.
• Foster teamwork and support coworkers, residents, and visitors.
• Communicate resident needs between Care Partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
