Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and one of: RN program enrollment, CNA training completion, or 1 year of care partner experience.
• RN program first semester completion (nursing fundamentals clinical) preferred where applicable.
• Preferred: 1 year of hospital experience, flexibility, reliability, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain unit environmental standards and support clinical procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient care and flow by following work area standards.
• Serve as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
• Support unit operations by maintaining supplies and equipment.
