Carlton Senior Living in Sacramento, CA is seeking a dedicated Care Partner - Medication Technician to support residents with daily living tasks and medication administration during night shifts. You will follow care plans, document care using provided devices, count narcotics, and uphold infection control and safety policies while fostering a warm, collaborative environment.

No prior caregiving experience is required—training is provided, and we offer benefits, immediate pay, and opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old per state requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required—training provided.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (continence care, showering, grooming, transfers, meal assistance).
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow individualized care plans.
• Follow Medication Training policies including infection control and waste disposal.
• Keep medication room, cart, cupboards and records secure when not in use.
• Count narcotics and dispose of medications per policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed under supervision.
• Verify medications with physician and ensure proper dosages.
