Job summary

Harrier Grange Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition, ensuring dignity and wellbeing for up to 66 residents.

Working as part of a warm, supportive team, you will follow care plans, recognise changes in condition and help create a safe, respectful environment. Night shifts on a contracted 36–48 hour week include full training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care, mobility and nutrition.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in residents' condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Support residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
• Work as part of a supportive team with ongoing training and development.
