Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• RN license with Ohio Board of Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: performs health status assessment.
• Outcomes identification and planning: documents planned interventions.
• Implementation and evaluation: evaluates responses and revises care plan.
• Leadership: participates in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: performs additional nursing duties as assigned.
