Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and recognize colors required for inspection and operation.
• Air hose/broom familiarity for cleaning and maintenance.
• Push/pull lifting capability as part of daily duties.
• Competency/aptitude testing may be used in screening.

Responsibilities

• Capable of climbing ladders up to 14 feet and performing daily checks.
• Stand/walk 10–11 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Repair machinery and log downtime; escalate major issues promptly.
• Operate lift truck, sky jack, and pull cat as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance per policy.
