Rochester Regional Health's Cardiac Unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on an 18-bed telemetry unit. The RN will perform assessments, document plans of care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during nights on a 36-hour week schedule.

Qualified candidates hold a NY RN license, Diploma/ADN, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred with 6 months+ experience.

Formación

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 6 months experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient.
• Communicates and documents assessment with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and documents plan of care, treatment and services.
• Adheres to safety and documentation policies.
• Revises plan of care based on evaluations.
• Completes CRU form for Nursing Research Department.
• Completes 5 CEU hours per year.
• Completes mandatory in-services and health screens.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
