Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking an echocardiography technologist to perform 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping and Doppler studies on adult and geriatric patients. The role requires maintaining documentation in line with IAC standards.

Applicants must hold RDCS/ARDMS or RCS/RCCS/CRCS/ACS credentials and current BLS certification. Preferred candidates may be members of professional societies and have completed an accredited sonography program.

Qualifications

• RDCS/ARDMS or RCS/RCCS or CRCS or ACS credentials
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Performs 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping and cardiac Doppler echocardiography tests on adult and geriatric patients.
• Maintains performance improvement documentation in cardiac and ultrasound per IAC guidelines.
