Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Cobb County, GA is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for the Night shift on a 21-bed unit at Cobb Hospital. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

You will be guided by Nurse Managers and the Wellstar Professional Practice Model. Requires active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and commitment to safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Georgia; active and in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications typically required on hire.
• 1+ year of direct patient care experience preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and ensure timely documentation.
• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities.
