Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for night-shift during weekends at the Orange City facility. You will provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position requires an active RN license and BLS certification, with opportunities for ongoing professional development within a faith-based health system that prioritizes whole-person care.

Qualifications

RN license is required and current.
BLS certification is required.
ACLS/CCNS/NEONATAL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patients across multiple domains to guide care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with the medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
Respond to code situations and provide necessary interventions.
