Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in a high-acuity cardiac unit, following established nursing standards and processes.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation; discharge planning and patient education; collaboration with interdisciplinary teams; delegating tasks; troubleshooting equipment; and contributing to quality and safety initiatives to uphold teamwork and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program with RN licensure.
• Interest or experience in cardiac care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ongoing assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinate discharge planning and education.
