Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit. You will support patients with myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmias, and pulmonary hypertension, emphasizing patient and family-centered care and illness-management education.

The role participates in safety and quality initiatives and collaborates with the healthcare team to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
• Developing and documenting individualized plans of care collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting professional development.
• Using clinical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
