Job summary

Nissan Canton Plant is seeking a Canton Production Technician to join our team in Canton, Mississippi. This full-time, on-site role operates a night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with possible weekend overtime.

The position starts at $23.95 per hour with guaranteed raises up to $38 per hour, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Nissan organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work a night shift with required overtime during the week and on weekends.
• English language proficiency required for effective communication and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automobiles and automotive parts.
• Operate a wide variety of air and/or battery power tools, hand tools, computerized or mechanical equipment.
• Follow directions to work in a collaborative manner within designated timeframes.
• Perform safety checks, quality inspections, proactively detect or respond to safety instructions and alarms.
• Operate finished production vehicles for testing where applicable.
