Nissan Assembly Plant in Decherd, Tennessee is hiring Production Technicians for full-time onsite roles on night and weekend shifts. Starting pay $23.95/hr with guaranteed raises up to $38/hr, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will assemble engines and automotive parts, operate power tools, perform safety checks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Overtime on weekdays/weekends is required; Nissan promotes diversity and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work night shift including weekend schedules with overtime on weekdays/weekends.
• Stable work history; manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus.
• Lift 25–50 lbs.
• Wear PPE as designated (ear plugs, gloves, goggles).
• English fluency required for effective communication.

Responsibilities
