• Minimum of three (1) years’ experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting with call management experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field and/or an accredited nursing program.
• Current PA LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission functions and schedule no-charge assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention services via telephone for potential patients.
• Input data into Med Series 4 promptly and accurately.
• Assist in coordination of residential admissions; this is an in-person PRN night shift role.
