Job summary

Didion is seeking a Bulk Load Out Operator in Wisconsin to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. This position offers cross-training on multiple systems and types of equipment, providing you with flexibility, skill development, and opportunities for career growth.

Schedule is 6pm–6am, 4 days on/4 days off, with pay between $22 and $25 per hour plus a $3.00/hour shift premium and an eXtra 40 hours of Paid Time Off for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with using computers.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure bulk grain products safely and accurately.
• Operate and learn multiple systems and types of equipment.
• Maintain efficiency and quality in loading operations.
• Work outdoors in noisy, dusty, hot and cold environments, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
