Job summary

Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Cook for our NPTU location in Goose Creek, SC. You will operate the Short-Order Grill Station, assist with kitchen prep, and ensure foods are cooked and held to safe temperatures while maintaining quality.

Shifts run 12:00am-8:00am with a Wednesday-Sunday schedule and a 7-day rotation. Flexibility is a plus as you work with the dining team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals to our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a grill station and preparing breakfast items.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Short-Order Grill Station during meal periods.
• Assist in kitchen prep and cooking of sides and items as assigned.
• Maintain correct food quantities and quality as directed by the cook.
• Ensure proper food safety practices and temperature logs.
• Follow safety procedures and company code of conduct.
• Adhere to manager directions and work as a team.
