Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a skilled automotive technician for on-site client fleet servicing in Silverdale, WA. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, oil changes, tire services, diagnostics, and preparing for advanced repairs.

Role requires at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Training may occur in a retail environment before site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; ASE Certification(s) may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Servicing delivery vans for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site.
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation.
• Learn/train to do advanced repairs and state inspections.
• Training for this role may take place in a customer retail environment prior to working on the client site.

Starting pay for the market: $22.00-$28.00 Hourly with a $1 Shift Differential!

Shift Information: 4 Days Work Week 7p to 6a Monday thru Thursday

About the Role: What will you do?
