Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an automotive technician to service delivery vans with preventative maintenance at client sites. The role includes oil changes, tire services, inspections, and diagnostics, with opportunities to learn advanced repairs and state inspections.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with a 4-day or 5-day workweek option and a $1 shift differential. A valid license and 18+ years old are required, with comprehensive benefits and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive experience including brake repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• A preferred ASE certification is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Servicing delivery vans for preventative maintenance at client sites.
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes, tire services, inspections and diagnostics, brakes, and fluid changes.
• Learn and train to perform advanced repairs and state inspections.
• Training may occur in a customer retail environment prior to client-site work.
