Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Lube & Tire Technician to service delivery vans at client sites, perform oil changes, tire services, and routine inspections.

You will learn to do advanced repairs and state inspections; training may occur in a customer retail environment before working on site. The role offers a 4-day work week option and a night shift 8 PM–6 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• Servicing delivery vans for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site.
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation.

Lube & Tire Technician

$18-$24/hr + 1$ Shift Pay Weekly Pay

Compensation: $37,440–$49,920 annually based on a 40-hour workweek and excluding overtime, shift differentials, and benefits.

Work Location: 4106 Coldwater Rd Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1108

About the Role: What will you do?

• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests, electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience
