Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the Fremont, OH location. This night shift role runs 6:48pm-7:00am on a 2,2,3 schedule and involves operating plastic blow molding machines with in-line equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production of containers.

Primary duties include operating machines, performing adjustments, supporting line changes, and conducting quality checks to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform basic processing and adjustments to improve machine efficiency.
• Conduct on-time quality checks against established standards.
• Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel on mechanical repairs.
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Train new Operators and support line needs as required.
