Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, PLCs.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and repairs on blending and thermal processing systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools.
• Replace or adjust pumps, valves, motors, and control devices; test after repair.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS and collaborate on improvements.
• Read blueprints and manufacturer docs to verify operations; support safety goals.
• Work night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule including weekends.
