Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Blending Maintenance Technician II on the night shift. You’ll ensure reliability of blending and thermal processing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot a range of mechanical and electrical systems to support production excellence.

You will read blueprints, work with engineering teams, and maintain accurate CMMS records while adhering to GMPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment or completion of equivalent technical training.
Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use diagnostic tools.
Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment and following GMPs/safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and repairs on blending and thermal processing systems to sustain efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using test results and input from operators.
Replace or adjust pumps, valves, motors, and control devices; verify functionality after repairs.
Record maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS; read blueprints and documentation to support repairs.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on improvements and preventive maintenance projects.
