Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of production experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and follow sanitation protocols.
• Assist line operators with line balancing and changeovers.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform product quality checks and monitor CCP-related parameters.
• Coordinate breaks and provide mentorship to new hires.
• Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and waste reduction.
