Job summary

Management Performance Associates in the West Memphis area seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for night shift at a beverage manufacturer. You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate repairs, and drive equipment reliability across production.

You will plan work with production, coach technicians, manage parts, and ensure safety and quality. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, with a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Overnight shift availability is required.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and production equipment.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Experience scheduling and leading a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and communicate safety and performance expectations.
• Coordinate urgent repairs and emergency breakdowns while keeping planned maintenance on schedule.
• Plan upcoming work around technician availability and production priorities.
• Investigate recurring failures and apply corrective actions via root cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Track maintenance performance and completion to reduce downtime.
• Support spare parts availability and effective storeroom practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams for reliable operations.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors with site safety in mind.
• Manage small maintenance and capital projects including scheduling and cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and support quality standards.
