Amatus Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for the 3rd shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) in Bethlehem, NH. You will support clients and the clinical team, assist with admissions, coordinate transportation, and help individuals adjust to daily routines in a safe, recovery-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience in the mental health field or related coursework is preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, and intake processes.
• Maintain clear communication during client admissions.
• Complete accurate shift reports and checklists.
• Facilitate orientation groups and support client engagement.
• De-escalate situations and assist clients leaving treatment AMA/ACA.
• Maintain awareness of client whereabouts through regular headcounts.
• Monitor family visits to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support medical staff during medication pass (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all facilities and common areas.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
• Protect client confidentiality in compliance with all privacy standards.
